The aim was to drive awareness in key centre locations of where to find the Telstra store and encourage customers to come in to get help from the ‘local experts’ while making sure that the message worked with other Telstra advertising that launched during this time.
We developed creative that focused on local messaging, a friendly face, and clearly articulated directional advertising.
The store achieved a 14% YOY increase in foot traffic in comparison to the same month the year before and also out did the centre traffic results, that only saw a 2% increase.
